and served with salsa fresca de tomatillo, black beans and Mexican rice.

Charbroiled choice of rib eye steak, free range chicken breast adobada and prawns over caramelized onions.

Served with pico de gallo, guacamole, jalapeno sauce, Mexican rice

and refried pinto beans with handmade corn tortillas.

Camarones Tampiquenos
Wild jumbo shrimp sautéed in a cayenne cream sauce with garlic butter, mushrooms

and sweet peppers on a bed of white butter rice.

Wild Salmon Cazuela
Served on a bed of rice, spinach, diced zucchini, roasted corn and organic greens.

Paella Espanola
Wild jumbo shrimp, clams, mussels, calamari, Italian sausage, chicken breast, sweet peppers,

and onions on a bed of Spanish saffron risotto.
Pork Chop
Prime pork chop sous vide, on bed of huatape sauce (spinach, corn & serrano)

served with garlic mashed potatoes and black beans.

Served with rice, refried beans and a sweet corn tamalito.

Carne Asada Burrito
Marinated charbroiled skirt steak, refried pinto beans and cheeses topped with pibil sauce and

melted cheese in a flour tortilla. Served with Mexican rice, sour cream, and escabeche.

Blackened chicken taco and cheese enchilada served with Mexican rice and refried pinto beans.
